• The product contains features that the incumbent LTM lenders, regulated by Solvency II, are not able to offer, filling an unmet borrower demand and receiving a positive response in the market

• Financing for TAMI has been arranged with Leadenhall Capital Partners (“LCP”) as part of the transaction
